For my card today, I used Baby Steps. I was looking for an Easter basket I liked so I went to MyCutSearch.com and put in Basket and this is one of them. Can you believe I have looked at this hand book at least 25 times and didn't even see this basket. Want to know why? Well it's because it's a cut using the font and font shadow features. This cute bunny and basket can be found on page 61 of the Baby Steps handbook and it was cut at 3.5. My card is an A2 sized card. The lavender base is from Recollections. My background paper is from DCWV the Glitter Stack. This is becoming one of my favorite stacks. My green scallop oval was cut using Nestabilities Classic Scalloped Ovals Large along with my Cuttlebug. I used the largest in the pack. I added some purple and green glitter glue from "Studio G" to the bows and the bunny's nose. My blue ribbon is from Wal-Mart. I stamped the "Happy Easter" sentiment from SU on a ticket I punched using the EK Success ticket punch. I inked around the edges with SU Pear Pizzazz. I used my pink gel pen to trace over the center of the bunny's ears. I used my black gelly roll and my white gelly roll pens to give the basket and bunny some stitch marks.
I hope you enjoyed my card today. If you haven't already, head over to My Cricut Craft Room to see what my DT Sisters have created for your viewing pleasure!
