Simply Sunday Challenge - Fantasy Land

Happy Sunday My Crafty Friends!  Today is Simply Sunday Challenge day over at Getting Cricky with K Andrew and today's challenge is FANTASY LAND!  We were challenged to make anything FANTASY, like a mermaid, a fairy, etc....  I choose to go with a mermaid, mostly because of the AWESOME stamp set I used...PIRATE TALES & FISH SCALES!!!!  I love the K Andrew's stamp sets because you can put any combination of words together to create the sentiment you want and that's just what I did!  Take a look!!!

I love, love, love this sentiment! OK I think you get the picture, I like the sentiment.  LOL  And shaking a tail fin is just what she does.  I put her on an action wobble so she can shake.  For my project, I used the Buccaneer Imagine Cricut Cart along with my Imagine!  I'm still trying to figure it out but it's getting better.  lol  I cut my mermaid at 3 inches using the layer feature.  I only used some of the layers, as they are bigger!  My scallop circle was cut at 2.2 using the pre-loaded images in the Imagine.  I stamped the rope image with Memento Rich Cocoa and the sentiment with SU Pear Pizazz.  I used Cappuccino twine from the Twinery.  My card is A2 sized (5 1/2 X 4 1/4).  My kraft card stock base is Recollection; the green layer is 5 1/4 X 4 and is Georgia Pacific, my blue layer is 5X3 3/4 and is Colorbok and finally the bubble layer was printed on my imagine.
