These are some of the things that I used to make my project: Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; pink and blue card stock from my stash; kraft card stock from Recollections, white card stock Georgia Pacific; Spots & Dots Cuttlebug Embossing folder; Tim Holtz paper distresser; K Andrew Designs Art Stamps - Coffee & Tea for You & Me
My card base is Kraft card stock and the dimensions are 5 1/2 X 4 1/4.
The blue layer is cut at 5 1/4 X 4.
I adhered all my layers with my ATG gun.
My white layer was cut at 5 X 3 3/4 and ran through the Cuttlebug using the Spots and Dots Embossing folder. My pink layer was cut at 2 X 3 3/4 and adhered on top of the white layer.
I used the cheater method to add my ribbon. What is that you ask? well that is when you use tape to adhere the ribbon rather than tying it completely around the card.
This is what it looks like so far!
Finally I added my image which was cut from the "Better Together" Cricut Imagine cartridge. My image was cut at 3 inches and I cut all the layers. I pop dotted it on my card using Recollections Foam Adhesive Squares. I tied a bow with this really cute heart ribbon from Michael's and added it on top of my ribbon. I used mini glue dots to attach my bow and added a glue dot behind the ribbon to keep it from slipping down from the added wight. I added some pink Studio G gems I received for my birthday and used my white gelly roll pen to add the flux stitching. Last but not least, I stamped my "You're my cuppa Tea" sentiment on a piece of white card stock using K Andrew Coffee & Tea for You & Me set and Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
